Fabulous Customer Service: From the beginning to the end of my first experience with Plumb Right, I was amazed! I am so glad that I found them. I had just purchased my first home and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed. I had called a few other plumbers in the phone book prior to calling Plumb Right. After speaking with some of them I was getting frustrated and depressed with the quotes and negative attitudes they were giving. Plumb Right was my last call for the evening and when Terry picked up the phone I was I astonished! They got me in quickly, they were on time, wore boot covers, were honsest, fast and respectful, personable and answered my questions. I did not feel any pressure to fix additional items. I have already called them back to do additional work and trust that they will continue with the exceptional service that they have previosly provided! And also, I did not see a plumbers crack! Always a plus!lol :) Keep up the good service, it is hard to find!
