I have had Plumb Right do several jobs for me. They are the only plumbing company I will ever call. They are prompt, efficient, and get the job done. Without a doubt they are the most courteous workers I have ever had come into my home. After completing the last job, D. J. asked if it was all right if he put things back under the sink for me. I've used this company several times now and I can tell you without any hesitation that these people are a class act and quality is number one. These people are not only good they care about saving you money if possible. Example, I had a problem with my water heater on a Friday, the water wasn't heating. D J came out and after diagnosing the problem he asked if it was under warranty to which I replied ""don't have any idea."" He took a picture of the manufactures information and phone number from the sticker on water heater then called the company that made the unit to see when it was installed and if anything was under warrant; luckily the water heater temperature control I needed was still under warranty. The company sent out the part, I had to pay for shipping, and it arrived 2 days later because of Martin Luther King holiday on Monday. As soon as I received the part I called Plumb Right and they came out that day and installed not only the part but also drained the slug out of the hot water heater at no charge. Everything works great now and I will CONTINUE to use them in the future for any plumbing work I need and will always recommend them to my neighbors if asked. i needed a garbage disposal installed and a leak under my sink fixed so i found plumb right on angie's list. i was able to setup a saturday appointment and the plumber was right on time. he was very clean(wore shoe covers, uniform tidy) and courteous. the work was done in just over an hour, everything has been working great & no more leak. i would definitely use Plumb Right again and would recommend them to anyone. more

I have had 2 great experiences with Plumb Right. The first time I used Plumb Right, Dale came out to help me with my water softener and toilet and he did a great job. Getting someone out quickly was important and he came out when I needed and was courteous and professional. I was very pleased. The pricing was straightforward, as advertised. I spoke with DJ of Plumb Right on a Saturday night to replace a 1/3 HP Insinkerator that had begun to leak with a new 3/4 HP Insinkerator. He came out on Monday afternoon and replaced it in 1 hour.\r He was polite, courteous and respectful of our home.\r DJ arrived on time and was informative about the process of installing the garbage disposal.\r Plumb Right did a very good job at a fair price. Even though the price may be a little higher than other plumbers, they provide peace of mind and are respectful of the customers home. more

They did an awesome job. Were able to come out sooner than originally set up for. Willing to help look for and help find a floor cap that was hidden under a big shelf and under the carpet, and saved me the cost of having the toilet removed and reinstalled. Gave me options, set the price up front, no matter the time to fix the problem. Showed camera shots of completed cleaned drain. Guaranteed work for 60 days. Put down drop clothes, and wore plastic over shoes, very clean, polite, and informed. I will not hesitate to call them next time I have a plumbing problem. Highly recommended. more

Fantastic Service!! Last night, 8pm, discovered a pipe joint spewing water everywhere. Had been for at least 24 hours. Huge mess! Called and spoke with Terri, who immediately offered to send someone right out. Plumbers have lives too, so I asked when they could be out tomorrow. She stated between 7 and 8 a.m. 7am sharp, DJ arrives and knows exactly what to do. Problem Resolved within an hour. As with the previous two visits (Devon replaced three toilets in our home) very professional, booties on their shoes, they also put fabric on the floors so no scratching of surfaces. They have always gone above and beyond, and the job is done right the first time! Very Knowledgeable, Rates are competitive and I know I can trust their advice. I have used Plumb Right twice in one month!! I won't call anyone else. My floor drain was clogged on a Saturday morning and I got through to a plumber right away at 7:30 a.m. He quoted me the price (for unclogging the drain) up front. He did an extremely thorough job - he showed me what my pipes looked like through a camera. Awesome customer service!!!! more

Fabulous Customer Service: From the beginning to the end of my first experience with Plumb Right, I was amazed! I am so glad that I found them. I had just purchased my first home and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed. I had called a few other plumbers in the phone book prior to calling Plumb Right. After speaking with some of them I was getting frustrated and depressed with the quotes and negative attitudes they were giving. Plumb Right was my last call for the evening and when Terry picked up the phone I was I astonished! They got me in quickly, they were on time, wore boot covers, were honsest, fast and respectful, personable and answered my questions. I did not feel any pressure to fix additional items. I have already called them back to do additional work and trust that they will continue with the exceptional service that they have previosly provided! And also, I did not see a plumbers crack! We have used their services twice, once to fix a split pipe from winter freeze and another time to fix a leak in the water intake pipe from the city. In both instances they were very good about assessing the project, describing their repair recommendations, and outlining the costs. The plumber was personable yet professional. I found them for the first time in the yellow pages and am so glad I did - best customer service I've ever experienced! Not only did I have a friendly conversation wtih the person I called the first time, they called back to make sure everything went well and sent me a personal hand-written thank you card in the mail BOTH TIMES!!! I've got their magnet on my 'frige and contact information in my phone so I can both use it again myself and share it with friends and family! They set the bar really high for all service providers!
