I bought a minivan from them. They gave me the wrong VIN number so the CARFAX report I pulled was completely irrelevant. The VIN was also wrong on my paperwork. I should have just returned the van right then!! It took me 3 weeks to get the plates because of the paperwork screw-up and I stopped by THREE separate times after the plates came in only to be told by the only guy there that he had no idea where they were. Turns out the minivan has serious front end issues and I've already replaced the rack & pinion to a tune of $700 3 weeks after purchase. It's still not steering right. Also they promised me extra keys because they only gave me one set and now they ""know nothing about that."" When I called inquiring about my keys and mentioned the mechanical issues the manager FLAT OUT LAUGHED AT ME. VERY unprofessional, I'm surprised that they are still in business!!
