They even found a specific truck for my husband last time he was looking. We can call anytime we need something and they always treat us well. I would never buy a car anywhere else! more

In fact I have many times and everyone I know who purchased one there has been extremely happy. They are always friendly and willing to help you get the car you want at an affordable price. John, the owner, has been in business a long time and has always been very helpful. more

avoid them at all costs. they have horrible customer service, sales staff that is not knowledgeable, professional, or even sober. they don't think twice about falsifying paperwork or pissing their customers off. check the Better Business Bureau as well, they have complaints there too. more

I bought a minivan from them. They gave me the wrong VIN number so the CARFAX report I pulled was completely irrelevant. The VIN was also wrong on my paperwork. I should have just returned the van right then!! It took me 3 weeks to get the plates because of the paperwork screw-up and I stopped by THREE separate times after the plates came in only to be told by the only guy there that he had no idea where they were. Turns out the minivan has serious front end issues and I've already replaced the rack & pinion to a tune of $700 3 weeks after purchase. It's still not steering right. Also they promised me extra keys because they only gave me one set and now they ""know nothing about that."" When I called inquiring about my keys and mentioned the mechanical issues the manager FLAT OUT LAUGHED AT ME. VERY unprofessional, I'm surprised that they are still in business!! more

Avoid renting/buying etc from this place. Well known throughout Rochester as being very sketchy. Check with local better business agencies as he has multiple claims pending as well. I wouldn't even rent a bicycle from this guy. Pros: Absolutely nothing. Cons: Not enough space to type. more
