I have received the worst customer service from Protek industries in years. They do not return phone calls - they do not show up for service calls - they claim the the manufacturer sends the wrong part - they are not helpful or apologetic when their technicians make you wait around for them for hours and then never show or even call to let you know they are not coming. I have asked to speak with a manager multiple times and I never receive a call or email - the absolute worst customer service skills I have experience in years. Maytag should remove them from their service provider list.
