IF YOUR A BUYERS AGENT YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU WRITE IN THE CONTRACT THAT YOU WRITE UNDER TITLE ANY RELIABLE COMPANY EXCEPT FOR CALIFORNIA SUNSET ESCROW. IF THE BANK OR BUYER SAYS THEY WANT CALIFORNIA SUNSET ESCROW YOU REALLY NEED TO FIGHT FOR ANY OTHER ESCROW COMPANY. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE MY ESCROW CLOSED AND WE HAVENT EVEN HEARD FROM THEM WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET A RECORDING AND THEY TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM AND THERE WEBSITE IS NOT VERY USER FRIENDLY AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT RESPOND. BUT I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED IF I RECIEVE MY CHECK BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR.
