As I sit on hold (because ?let me get your file and call you back? is just a way of getting you off the phone) 1 month after the close of escrow I figure I have a little time to share my experience. First I find it very interesting that 7 or the 8 five star reviews were all written on the same day. Being that it was my first house I really didn?t know what to expect, heck I even thought folks would put in extra effort to help me out. Let me say that neither my realtor, loan officer, or myself ever spoke with the escrow person assigned to my file; EVER. Every time I called to speak to the person in charge of my file I got someone who didn?t know anything and would have to look into it (again to get me off the phone?) and call back, well I would never get the call back I had to keep calling back. Now it?s a month later and I still have not received my refund check or a check for adjustments that was never made before close. Since writing this I?ve found the reason I never received my check is because there was a problem with the address?Really?...You didn?t have the address of the house I just bought? You didn?t think to contact me and let me know what was happening? Something tells me the check to be ?Overnighted? isn?t going to make it either, but hey now you can get me off the phone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY?LL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.
