I have been involved in a transaction with these people for over two months. In fairness, the delays were initially attributable to the lender (we are mortgage brokers), but we have had a very difficult time working with them from the beginning. They don't return calls, voice mails or e-mails, and when we are finally able to talk to a live person, she is typically rude and unhelpful. She often says that she is busy, and has other clients (as though were were unimportant). We have had to use them because the seller, a bank's asset disposition company in New York, required it.
Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: Pretty much everything
