Review content:
This company is horrible in customer service, everyone there is very rude. The receptionist is rude, they treat us like second class citizen as if we were begging for money. We have to open escrow, not by choice. But because of the seller's choice/bank owned property. I have sent the escrow officer Kelly numerous emails, to request that she refunds my client deposit check. This was since Friday and I have not heard back from her via email/phone call. NOTHING. Is it illegal and unethical to hold on to client funds x days? This company is horrible and I wouldn't recommend using them if they were the only escrow company on earth.
