I just had a very positive experience with this realtor. I read all these reviews before I hired Mike Dunphy to sell my house in Chestnut Hill. I chose to believe the positive reviews and judge him for myself. I had a very pleasant time selling my home. Not only did Mike correspond with my husband and myself on a regular basis, he was extremely informative in helping us purchase our current home. Its a shame that some people are so negative and seemingly out to destroy someone who is trying to make a living. Mike sold our home in thirty days, which in this market is a miracle, and he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our deal. Thanks Mike and I hope to do business with you again. Stan and I have recommended you to our friends. I hope people will do as we did and judge you for themselves and not follow these nasty unfortunate comments. Best Wishes.
