Review content:
I had my property listed wtih another agent, who lived in the building, and it did not sell. The reason I listed the property with the other agent was I thought she would do the best job since she was a resident of this building. After my listing expired, I liseted the property with Mike Dunphy and the property sold with Mike obtaining a cash buyer. Not only did he get me a cash buyer but it sold with the highest recent sales price for my type of unit including a unit on the 20th floor, which sold for $7,000.00 less than Mike Dunphy got for me.
