Review content:
and he is bound and determined to rip off as many people as possible. First off, he refused to pay me legally. He paid me under the table and it always made me a bit uncomfortable.
He also has a ""real estate licensing school"" and uses this to lure in new agents. He says that if you take the course its $600 and you are not guaranteed to pass your exam. You also have to pass the practicals portion to even take the licensing test and I have seen him fail many people just so they have to pay for the course again. He also gives the agents that agree to work for him after they finish a break on the tuition.
Pros: guaranteed to get screwed over
Cons: where to begin..
