I happened upon this site and when I saw the negative comments made about Mr.Dunphy I felt obliged to write of my own experiences with Mike Dunphy Sells Real Estate. I first did business with Mike back in 1980. I went into the office on Oxford Avenue to list my home for sale. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the business and his enthusiasm that I attended Real Estate school at Temple University, where Mr. Dunphy was teaching. Due to personal circumstances, I never took my test but I have used Mike for all of my real estate transactions since 1980. I have never experienced any of these supposed circumstances that occurred and was so upset by the terrible things that I called Mike to let him know of them. He informed me that they were disgruntled employees that had been fired for incompetence. I hope people take the time to read all of the reviews instead of these terrible lies. My experience with Mike and his company has been one of knowledge, professionalism and courteous service over the 30 years I have known and used this company for all of my real estate needs.
