I have bought and sold houses with Mike Dunphy over the last 35 years. I have found him to not only be the most professional realtor but also the most knowledgeable I have met in the business. Mike Dunphy was also my real estate instructor when I attended real estate school at the Temple University Real Estate Institute. Mike now has his own real estate school, The American Real Estate Academy. I have friends who have attended his school and have also found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and Mike has set them on the path to a real estate career the right way. I have recommended Mike to many, many people over the last 35 years and have never had a complaint, to the contrary, the feedback I received was quite flattering to Mike and his company.
