I have read the reviews below and not only are they inaccurate but I think they are made up. First, the girl who wrote about attending real estate school is not only wrong but seems to be sour grapes. You do need to pass both real estate courses in order to take your state exam. The only people made to retake their tests are those who have failed. They cannot purposely be failed. And most importantly, the courses were $185.00 each, not $600.00. That is a blantant lie.Secondly, I not only attended this particular real estate school but I have had quite a few transactions with this company. Mr. Dunphy was not only 100% professional but more knowledgeable than any other agent I have dealt with in this industry. I feel badly that people do not realize the damage that can be done but being vindictive.
