Review content:
After 10 years of going to Middletown Animal Clinic, my experience this morning was horrible. Over the last 6 months I've spend in excess of $700 to determine my pet's medical problem After a phone discuss with Dr. Bates, I was advised of numerous issues and possibly surgery during my drive home from work. After researching Spike's condition on line, I have a few questions to address, needed to pick up a prescription and special diet food. Went to the Clinic this morning without an appointment. Sat for 45 minutes patiently while other customers were being seen. Was advised to enter the examining room to speak with the doctor. Then, an assistant came in and stated that the Drs. were very busy, I didn't have an appointment, and they couldn't see me now. I was appalled, refused to leave until a Vet addressed my 4 questions (all of a 10 minute discussion). Instead, Dr. Earle (what an ass) walked in a basically told me to leave the room and no one could see me without an appointment. Nothing worse then spending your money for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
