This is THE school to go to. I got cancelled out at my county college 4 times before someone in the business told me this is the school to go to. The guy who owns it is a legend in Jersey. He is a total riot so you remember what he says. I kept hearing his stories in my head when I was taking the state test. Passed the first time, btw. Everybody knows this guy, tons of real estate companies come to his school to recruit so you get a lot of options that way. I wound up getting a 70% commission split from a broker I met at one of the Recruiting Events. It was a way better deal for me all around. And I can get my PA license too if I want to without any additional class time because the school is set up for both. Great deal.
