Real Estate School

This is THE school to go to. I got cancelled out at my county college 4 times before someone in the business told me this is the school to go to. The guy who owns it is a legend in Jersey. He is a total riot so you remember what he says. I kept hearing his stories in my head when I was taking the state test. Passed the first time, btw. Everybody knows this guy, tons of real estate companies come to his school to recruit so you get a lot of options that way. I wound up getting a 70% commission split from a broker I met at one of the Recruiting Events. It was a way better deal for me all around. And I can get my PA license too if I want to without any additional class time because the school is set up for both. Great deal. more

I just wanted to personally thank Mr Don Haven from the Real Estate School for making the past two weeks overwhelmingly informative and unpredictably enjoyable. Don makes class extemely entertaining with his fantastic sense of humor and his hysterical anecdotes from the past. I suggest to anyone and everyone that you take this course even if you have no intention in pursuing a carear in real estate as an occupation. If you are looking to purchase a home or have already purchased a home, you should learn the knowledge that Don has to give and teach at a very cheap price. The purchase of your first home is one of the most important decisions of your life....for $375 learn everything you need to know about the transaction. Its a small price to pay for a couple of hundred thousand dollar decision. Once again, thanks Don for everything and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to you and learning from you. They do NJ and PA - so you just take the one class and you can get licensed in both states. Easier and cheaper. Then you can sell in the city AND down the shore. Keep all the commissions. The instructor knew his stuff, and totally funny. He should consider stand up if he ever wants a change. And it was easy to get to, right off 295 and 42. more

My friend told me to go to this school and I am so glad I did. The instructor was really funny, and really good at explaining the complex stuff in easy terms. He tells good stories that really bring it all to life. Pros: Awesome instructors, really nice staff, free lunch & parking more
