I was looking for a modern home security system, with the ability integrate with my smartphone and provide additional home automation features.
My search led me to Alarm.com as the best solution. After contacting Alarm.com, they connected with Advanced Security Engineering to discuss the details of my system.
The sales rep (Grant) has a deep understanding of the alarm.com system, the options available, and recommended a package which included a 2gig control panel, and some peripherals. The 2gig system allowed re-using my existing wired door and window sensors to save cost.
After we agreed on the package, the installers arrived and set up the equipment. The installation team was also very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions.
After using the system for a few days, I had some minor issues that Grant was able to resolve quickly and remotely by adjusting my alarm.com configuration.
I recommend Advanced Security Engineering to anyone looking for a security system. Everyone I dealt with at the company is very professional and knowledgeable.
