Advanced Security Engineering were very responsive to my calls. Gene was able to schedule a time for someone to see me right away and within 48 hours, they were here. You can't get that type of service with someone who lives right next door to you and these guys are in San Francisco!
In speaking to Gene, I really took a chance on him and it really worked out. I was genuinely surprised that they did what they promised to do, and more.
I went with this company because they were the only company that could fix or repair the specific system I have. They weren't going to have to pull anything out or mess anything up. They worked with what I had, which was a system that was over twenty years old, but they were familiar with it.
Tom and two technicians came to do the service. They were truly marvelous and did a wonderful job with what I had. I was impressed with their extreme professionalism and how well-trained they were. Throughout the process they didn't bother us at all, they just did the work they were here to do. By in large, what they did was terrific. They were honest and completely trustworthy and really went over and beyond the call of duty. They fixed up my old house and now everything works wonderfully and my home is a much safer place. Simply amazing.
I thought the pricing well worth the cost. These guys went ahead and took it upon themselves to correct shawdy work that had been done twenty years prior. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. They made my house a home I'm happy to be in. They get my highest recommendations.
