I also loved the fact that I was seen on time. I loved the fact the doctor didnt waste my time or my money. Yes, they were busy but there is obviously a reason. Like restaurants, the bad ones are always slow but the good ones are always busy. When my dog Rascal needed is yearly shots, I was seen on time, the nurses ran the tests and got his shots ready. The doctor came in, petted Rascal, found his favorite itchy spot, then began his exam. He noticed he needed his teeth cleaned, gave him a clean bill of health, and gave him his shots. The nurse held him while I paid my bill and even offered to help me carry him out. Where do you find service like that? The next visit my Rascal was sick and throwing up. The nurses started some tests, once again the doctor came in and petted Rascal first. He asked some questions and recommended running blood tests. I couldnt afford the test so he gave me some doggy pepto and some antibiotics and said if he gets worse or if doesnt get better in 3 days to call. He didnt make me feel guilty because I didnt have enough money. Guess what, Rascal was better by the next day. I have recommended Red Bluff to my friends and people I work with. If you want great service, to be seen on time, and for the doctor to actually acknowledge your pet, then you need to bring them here! Pros: SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE
