I would not recommend Joe Petno or this agency at all. He did not go to closing with me (though he listed my home and sold me one as well)...there were numerous transactional errors that I caught at closing..I never got an answer as to why he was too busy to go. However, I paid to have my HVAC inspected prior to closing and am now having problems with it. The contractor that inspected it, told me that Joe did not even show up for the inspection..he called and gave them the code to get in after I was told he would be there..He never told me that the house failed. They called and left him messages and he would not return their phone calls. I went to closing not knowing how bad the HVAC in this house is. Unacceptable in my opinion. I have asked him and his broker/owner numerous times why this happened and I have not gotten an answer. This guy will not return phone calls.. Now I need a new HVAC when it should have been covered by the warranty. Terrible communication..I would not recommend this place.
