When you walk in the door, it tells the story. Located in the lower level of Valley West Mall, this store does not fit. There are unopened boxes and poorly merchandised product haphazardly placed around the small space. While the prices are reasonable, the owner was extremely slow working (1 week to replace a leather strap on my shoe). After I promptly returned a week later with my claim ticket, he could not find the shoe amongst the mess and said he'd been so busy he hadn't had a chance to repair it yet. He needed an additional 15 minutes to do the job. Hard to believe he couldn't carve out 15 minutes in the week I left the shoe with him. Additionally, I am a shoe buyer and the product he used to repair the shoe was extremely cheap PVC. My shoe now squeaks when I walk. I would not go back.
