Review content:
Today, I went to Casa De Carlos with a friend and my son. We get there and ask for a table away from the TV's. The manager was rude but gave us a table. We attempted to order, but everything on the menu had a separate charge. I wanted the combo with 3 chicken enchiladas, and each one was charged an extra dollar to make them chicken, this is on top of them costing $14 to begin with. In addition, after the first basket of chips, the waiter told us we had to order a beverage or the chips would cost us money. Fine, we ordered one drink to split between us. The manager then comes over and throws the menu on the page and says if we don't order a drink each, we will EACH have to pay $2.95 for the chips. At which point, my friend got up to talk to the manager, saying the waiter had told us that we only had to buy one drink. The manager decided to argue the point so we left the establishment. On the way out, we realized we left the car keys on the seat, and my son went back to get them. When he did so, the manager whistled at him and came within 6 inches of kicking him. I am FURIOUS. Had he actually made contact with my son, you had better believe I would have sued him for child abuse, and any other charges I could find that would apply. Keep your kids safe, and do not go to this establishment!!!!
