Review content:
Last Saturday ,I went to dinner with my mother and my 5 year old daughter. The food was pricy for the quality, but I did not care because I had a certificate that I had purchased online. After the meal, things began to take a turn for the worst when the waiter informed me that the manager would not honor the certificate. Although I tried to put up a good civilized argument, the manager would not budge. I went to the front of the restaurant to pay, and as he was processing my transaction I reminded the manager that he had honored the same certificate a few months back. This comment made him angry, and he replied in a rude manner. I told him that I wasn't there to be disrespected. He proceeded to slam his hand in the table, and he told me that it wasn't his fault that I never learned know how to read !! !! At this time I lost my calm, and I told him in Spanish that he lacked customer service skills. He continued to raise his voice and say more rude comments. Since he could not identify my accent in Spanish he asked me in a demeaning way if I was Venezuelan? I told him that it was none of his business, and stormed out. I felt horrible when I left the restaurant because at the end I paid for my meal, and I got mistreated for voicing my opinion. His comments were way out of line, and I think that he needs to be fired.
