I took my new BMW X5 35d to this car wash the first day I drove it. The car did not have a mark or imperfection, however when they returned the car after a hand wax there was a new and deep scratch on the front right fender. I spoke to the manager who insisted rudely and defensively they did not do it. He offered no explanation except to accuse me of scratching the car and implying that I was dishonest.
I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. The test of a good business is how well they respond to customer complaints because accidents do happen. I will continue to pursue a resolution with Sweetwater Car Wash, but do yourself a favor trust someone else to maintain your vehicles important finish.
I gave a rating of one star because zero is not an option.
