CREDIT CARD FRAUD AT SWEETWATER 11/1/2011

For 12 years I have been having my car washed at Sweetwater Car Wash. I have never really been all that thrilled with the job they do, but it is local, and I like supporting local businesses. Until Oct 24th- I paid for my car wash with my Debit card $29.95, and handed the cashier $5.00 for a tip. The next day I noticed that he had changed my transaction from $29.95 to $33.95 and charged my card for that amount. NOT GOOD! more

Luxury Lathering 7/12/2011

Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don't know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it's because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper more

Do Not Wash Your Car Here 8/23/2009

I took my new BMW X5 35d to this car wash the first day I drove it. The car did not have a mark or imperfection, however when they returned the car after a hand wax there was a new and deep scratch on the front right fender. I spoke to the manager who insisted rudely and defensively they did not do it. He offered no explanation except to accuse me of scratching the car and implying that I was dishonest. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. The test of a good business is how well they respond to customer complaints because accidents do happen. I will continue to pursue a resolution with Sweetwater Car Wash, but do yourself a favor trust someone else to maintain your vehicles important finish. I gave a rating of one star because zero is not an option. Cons: They may damage your car more
