I came home from work yesterday to find water all over my basement floor. Turns out our water heater died and leaked out, and it was time to get a new one. After reading positive reviews about Norblom online I gave them a call and Amy promptly sent me a pdf listing all the water heater models they carried, their specs, and their prices with installation. The list also included costs for other work that might be needed for proper installation of the new unit, which was appreciated. I knew what heater I wanted and was all set to get rolling when I took a second look at our old heater and how it vented, and realized it was an especially low one that vented at a very shallow angle out the wall... in other words my options were much more limited than I had thought. Got Amy back on the phone, explained the situation, and she suggested I take some photos and send them by email for her plumbers to look at. Turns out my suspicions were correct, and we got the right sized unit installed with no additional pipes etc. It was great to have email and photos as an option, and I appreciated the customer service. I'd definitely recommend Norblom.
