Mark showed up ontime, took time to answer my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. He even took time to explain the water heater operating procedures and the warranty registration steps. My last water heater install about 10 years ago, which was NOT done by Norblom, the plumber explained nothing and failed to advise me that I had to register my water heater to get an extended warranty.
