Review content:
This guy, Linn Swenson, Luther & Luther's man in Cambridge as it were, is so clearly aligned with the insurer (in my case, Commerce) that he couldn't even be bothered to put out his cigarette while circling my car telling me ""Oh yeah, you're all set, you're all set"" before sending out a laughably low-ball appraisal (the result of a depreciation number he picked out of thin air). When I pursued a supplemental claim, he swayed by the minute between ""what planet are you from?"" and being my best friend. Sort of like a one-man good cop-bad cop. Bizarre, and, in the end, a pain-in-the-ass again. Luther and Luther is sketchy. If you use them, make sure you get another appraisal elsewhere.
