My car was rearended. It just so happened Commerce was the insured company. ( worse company to deal with in my opinion) Well they came to my home unannounced, (although I was told n waiting 4 a phone call from them to look at my car) I received a call stating my car was looked at and was all set. I got the estimate. It was so incomplete and so one sided as to favor commerce not having to pay much at all. I am no professional, but went over the appraisal n noticed numerous items omitted from the estimate. I got a 2nd opinion and was told anything that is visible, is to be written in the estimate. I called luther n luther and was told "" im glad ur brilliant enough to see the damage I missed"" I then said it's not about being brilliant it's doing ur job! I'm no appraiser and I saw it. By law u are suppose to put everything u visually see. He then said to get a supplement. The fact is if he did his job the first time this all would have been avoided.I may not have needed a supp. Folks there is a reason this place constanly gets bad reviews. This is a honest and truthful review. Hopefully they stop trying to dupe people. This was just a big headache dealing with these people. Hope this helps someone from not making a mistake in using this incompetent business
