I recently bought Auvio headphones that work well for about 3 months. A speaker seems to go out after that. The sound and fit of these headphones is great so I buy the warranty or exchange them. Auvio seems to be the Radio shack brand. I went into the store to exchange the headphones and the manager was busy counting money and did not want to be disturbed... She told me ""Why don't you buy better headphones""! Wow!!!! I guess she's not standing behind this radio shack product. After the manger huffed and directly looked at me she said, ""I need to go somewhere quiet""! The young sales woman then helped me out. I won't be buying anymore radio shack junk anymore!!!! Best Buy here I come.
