P.F. Chang's has always been inconsistent withing the chain. The one in North Dallas is wonderful and this one is pathetic.
In an effort to draw in the Strip and business crowd, this location sits on its location laurels and that is about it. Food is mass produced at lunch and dinner and service is from inattentive to non-existent. Does it really take 20 minutes to make Lettuce Wraps at lunch?
The interior design is nice, but completely brought down by warn furniture, seating, flooring and dining wear. With the heavy traffic this location sees, refurbishing on a bi-annual basis is a must. Well, it hasn't seen a makeover in over three years. And it shows.
This truly is the ugly step-sister of the chain. Fix her up or disown her.

Cons: Worn tables, Lacking service, Food preparation
