Review content:
Let me first say I rarely write bad reviews, but this service was so exceptionally bad that I felt compelled to hopefully help others before they end up like me. I called to set up an appointment and gave them a detailed description of the TV problem. When they came out, they flipped on the TV, told my girlfriend it was the light engine, took the money and walked out all in less than 5 minutes. Not only that, but my only request was that they call me directly when they knew the problem, rather than attempt for my Portuguese girlfriend to explain it to me, and they couldn't even do that. When I looked into it further, this is a common problem with Sony TV's, and based off of my description, they clearly knew the problem ahead of time. When I called back and calmly attempted to get at least some of my 100 back, I was gruffly told they did their job and I should be happy. Please learn from my mistake and go somewhere that cares about their customers.
