HORRIBLE LANDLORD AND MANAGEMENT. Our townhome flooded in May due to a pipe busting under the livingroom. Management had a company rip up the carpet and patch fix the water line but did not fix the mold on the living room wall, the mold in the laundry room, the carpet being off the ground and painting until August, after we put in our notice to leave. We loved the neighborhood and were planning on renewing the lease but the management was being unresonable. We were living there with two small children and had to leave. Before we left management sent painters in and painted right over the mold on the wall without treating it.
