Horrible Management, I agree totally agree with every person who has a complaint with this company. The lady that works the office never answers the phone and lies about sending someone to fix problems. She is really lazy and only sits in the office about 5hrs a day. We reported numerous times about leaks and they never fixed the problem. They would send out a handy man who is clueless about fixing major issues. He can only fix things that you could fix yourself. My kitchen started out with the leaks, under the cabinet the food disposal would leak and we reported it, the handy man only did a temporary repair job. So its a breeding ground for mold, snails and water bugs. The ceiling was leaking and they sent out a professional company finally that cut a hole in the ceiling back in November and the hole remained until we received a notice of eviction because I continued to complain to them about the problems. The water heater was not properly placed and caused leaks and the floor to rot behind the sofa. The water heater finally burst causing water to go all over the place. The coat closet down stairs has water coming inside from the roof when it rains and the bathtub leaked water into the kitchen every time my children take a bath. We tried to give them a chance to repair problems because our children loved their friends in the neighborhood and their schools were good. We were planning on moving out after school was out for the summer anyway once we had time to look for a place in the school zone. Since we made another complaint they decided to evict us and tell us to move out in 30 days. They said we can tell you to leave at anytime when you are on month to month lease and we need you to leave so the owners can fix their property because we not repairing anything else for you in there. more

HORRIBLE LANDLORD AND MANAGEMENT. Our townhome flooded in May due to a pipe busting under the livingroom. Management had a company rip up the carpet and patch fix the water line but did not fix the mold on the living room wall, the mold in the laundry room, the carpet being off the ground and painting until August, after we put in our notice to leave. We loved the neighborhood and were planning on renewing the lease but the management was being unresonable. We were living there with two small children and had to leave. Before we left management sent painters in and painted right over the mold on the wall without treating it. more

DO NOT even think of ever using this company the Property Manager is the WORST. NOTHING but a HORRIBLE nightmare.WORST TREATMENT and customer service ever ... I feel sorry for the owners who list thier homes for rent with this company they will loose money and bussiness left and right. If owners wonder why their tenants move of of the home they are the reason why. THEY SHOULD GET A NEGATIVE !)) STARS rating.MANAGENEMENT is horrible.I cant even begin to describe. more

We were in need of finding something fairly quickly. Got into apartment in no time and have lived here to almost a year now. I was looking at the reviews here and I have to strongly disagree. My experience has been very good, a couple of neighbor issues, but nothing against management. more

The best service I've had at an apartement complex. I called in a maintenance request and someone came the same day. Everyone there is always friendly. Pros: Prompt and Courteous! more

The front office person is very lazy. She is the first person you see, and hear at club realty. That is not the face I would want for my biz. She never answers the phone, so they never get back to you on time. I have had problems with my apt. over and over again. I can't believe they are trying to sell these homes. They need to fix them first, not pawn them off on people. Cons: too many to mention more

The consultant in the office is rude and unhelpful as it gets. She will lie at any cause. Out of the city of Greenville this would be my last place to live. Cons: Terrible Managment and leasing consultant more
