Review content:
Foxcroft does not except HUD! However, awhile back they would advertise that you could ""rent to own"" well another words a nice way of saying pay rent but what ever is broken, stolen, or run down is your responsibilty! The staff are thieves, the security encourages unruly chidren and thievery and the elderly have been forced from a park they have loved for so long. The owner of this park has no intrest but to sit and collect! This place is a sad example of a ""manufactured home community"" there is NO community there just poor people NOT making it. Sadly this place is a dumping ground for the poor! As for the home owner association that man collects dues FOR NOTHING its a scam- he might as well join in with the staff of the park! The town of Fallsburg and county government should step up to the plate and do something about the legal irregularities going on within this corporation---the owner is laying on a beach in Florida while the park renters can barely afford electric, propane, and oil. God be with them and persecute The owner and staff of FOXCROFT it is not a ""Shan-gra-la of the Catskills"" ANY LONGER!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Not even worth the trip to see for yourself! I'ts a disgrace!! They are NOT PET FREINDLY- YOUR FINED!!!!!!!!!
