I have been searching for a chandelier for my dining room. I went to this specialty lighting store to check out what they had. I found a couple of chandeliers (they deal mostly in lamps) that I liked. I wanted to take a cell phone picture of them so I could bring it home to my husband. This is how I've been comparison shopping-instead of dragging my shopaphobic husband around with me. No other stores had a problem with it. It is a cell phone picture, they don't even come out that great anyway?! This woman who worked there on Saturday was very rude and mean about it. Her whole demeaner changed towards me as soon as I mentioned it-she couldn't get me out of her store fast enough. Such a shame too, I really liked one that was over $1000. I'll never go back to that place. I will also tell all my friends and family about the experience as I have never been treated so poorly in my life. No explanation, just turned on me and became very mean. If she had said, ""I'm sorry, we have a policy about no flash photography"" I wouldn't be on this site writing this review. Who knows, maybe it can damage the lights? But, then again, no other place had any problems with me taking a picture of a chandelier. Who knows why she became so rude and mean. Addition: I called back to talk to the owner and the person asked why, I said I needed to talk to someone about an experience I had. The individual (the same woman) said, ""Nobody here cares."" This business should definitley think twice about who the hire.
