Review content:
First lets start with the one bad thing of this whole place, the stairwells are sometimes not the cleanest. thats about it and even that will be changed when they put in the marble staircases in each complex over the next 2 years. the location is amazing with everything you need from an assortment of great restaurants, markets and the last stop on the n/w train so you always get a seat in the morning rush hour and coming home after drinking all night you dont have to worry about missing your stop when u pass out. Its a safe neighborhood and with the niew video-intercom system the complex is safer than ever. It uesd to be all older families but now there are a lot of young people from manhattan and brooklyn moving to the area. its also the only rental complex in this mostly residential area so it makes for great investments, particularly the 3/4 bedroom apts. but some are definitly handyman specials. theres also security at night and laundy on the premise and cats, which i usually hate, but i havent a ratq at all and very few miceq
