I put down a deposit on a male puppy from Heavenly Yorkies the owner of this Pet Boutique, Gail of Webster Indiana. A day before i was to pick the pup up she called and said the pup was sick at the Vet. The next day the pup died. She told me she would send me the deposit back. Weeks went by and nothing. A received a e-mail saying with the large Vet Bills that her and her husband dont think they should send me my deposit back..
