Heavenly Yorkies Pet Boutique

We've adopted two yorkie puppies over 4 years from Gail at Heavenly Yorkies and it has been the best experience of our lives. We received photos and updates every week while our puppy grew. When we received our babies they came with AKC papers, and she went through everything with us completely, emphazing how little yorkie puppies were and how easily they could become hypoglycemic. We followed all her instructions, including not passing him around or taking him on any long trips for at least a month. Our vet said each puppy was in perfect health . We've kept in touch and Gail has send our Yorkies gifts from time to time. I would recommend Heavenly Yorkies to anyone. more

Anyone buying a puppy from this place needs to go else where! We bought a Yorkie puppy for 750.00 from Gail. We picked her up on a Saturday afternoon and less than a week later, we had her in the vet, spent several thousands of dollars, and we still lost the dog. My children, more so my 3 year old, was devastated. I called Gail and she said she did not know what to do or say. WTH? Really? She proclaims to be a christian!!! She has proven to be the exact opposite! RUN, RUN away from this place. I ask for my 750.00 back. She says it clearly states on her web site she replaces a puppy with one. She went and changed her web site. When I bought the puppy her web site said they came with a 1 year gaurantee, were not released till they were 10-12 weeks old, and AKC registered, we got none of this. I thought the puppy was almost 9 weeks when we got her, after doing the math she was only 7 weeks old! She is in it for the money people and that is it! I just wish I would have looked her up before going with her. This is horrible and no other children should have to go through what mine have. more

I put down a deposit on a male puppy from Heavenly Yorkies the owner of this Pet Boutique, Gail of Webster Indiana. A day before i was to pick the pup up she called and said the pup was sick at the Vet. The next day the pup died. She told me she would send me the deposit back. Weeks went by and nothing. A received a e-mail saying with the large Vet Bills that her and her husband dont think they should send me my deposit back.. more

My Poodles have been groomed several times by this company having a few minor nicks from time to time. but we got them home today and Toby our tiny 3 lb male was""nicked"" to the point of being taken to the Syracuse Animal Hospital and kept for emergency sergury today. The Groomer had paper towel taped on his leg and said she nicked him, got home thought wed best look and your about to see a nice in this picture. we took him immediately to the hospital where sergon kept him to have tendon,artery and his vein repaired.We will not place our dogs in this situation wiht this groomer again.Our Vet said this isnt the first case this has happened.No reason for this event to take place when we drop poodles off in am and is kept for 5-6 hours at groomers Pros: Priced Right @ 50.00 for 2 dogs Cons: Careless,Cut my dogs several diff times more
