Matt Trudell was the selling agent of the home my wife and I bought last year around our wedding and assumed responsibility of completing the house for our purchase. Many promises were made for finishing the house for closing as well as repairing items under the 1 year new home warranty. It has now been 12 months since we bought the house and many items that were supposed to have been completed around closing still have not been addressed. No one has come by or contacted us over the past 7 months though we have tried numerous times to get ahold of him. He does not return calls or emails. Now we must get our lawyer involved. Do not deal with him if you have a choice. If you must deal with him then ensure everything is completed before closing or walk away. Otherwise once he has your money you will not hear from him again. Do a search, I am not the only one having this problem with them. Cons: Do not follow through on promises and contract agreements.
