Review content:
This casual, cowboy chic restaurant is a departure from its chain restaurant competition, offering an outdoor bar and dining area overlooking a lake. Indoor dining is noisy yet comfortable. The menu focuses on beef and seafood. The blue jeaned, white aproned wait staff is quick and efficient, taking a gang approach to serving your table. Prime rib was properly cooked to my desired degree of doneness and was competently rendered (taste BEFORE using condiments - the reduction sauce served with the rib is salty.) The Caesar salad was wonderful, though not for the feint of palate - fresh greens dressed in robust garlic flavors with an easily discernable note of anchovy. The mixed vegetables, a medley of squashes, onions, tomatoes, basil and cheese are a must try! The menu offers at least five handcrafted beers - check the chalkboard over the front doors to find what's been freshly brewed. Pros: Casual, Great Service, Outdoor Dining avail
