Went on my first visit to Napa recently and when I had selected the 12 wines I loved, the Wine Country Inn shipped it for us using Aero Packing and I thought all would be good. I live in Florida where it's usually in the 90's and my wine arrived HOT since it had been placed in a flimsy styrofoam box with no cooling packs. Over $700 in wine was ruined and the manager at Aero could only say ""you didn't request the cooling packs"". I didn't think I had to tell a packing company how to pack wine that's being shipped to sunny South Florida. Would NEVER use them again!!
