I have been visiting Napa for the last 14 years and after using a different shipper on the first visit, have used Aero Packing every year since then. The shipments have always arrived in excellent condition and the one time that a shipment was opened and a bottle stolen by a worker at the airport, they cheerfully replaced it. Aero Packing has security measures in place to make sure that the shipment is intact when it leaves their facility. I live in San Antonio and considering how hot it is there, have never had a problem with hot/ruined wine. BTW, the styrofoam inserts are definitely NOT flimsy.
