They charged for coming out which is OK.. Gave me a couple things that could fix the problem but weren't sure if they would actually work. Gave me high price quotes for everything but were not sure it would actually work.. The replacement of the unit quote was over 2x the reasonable amount from other companies. The guy according to the woman on the phone was one of there best guys. I would hate to see the worst guy.
