Ryan Heating Cooling

We have recently converted from oil heat to gas. We had the Navien combo boiler installed by Ryan Plumbing from Union, NJ. The first day I met Patrick Ryan I knew I had found the correct company to do the installation. He was very easy to converse with and made the purchase of the boiler as simple and easy as possible. Our next step was dealing with Crestina, the office manager, who applied for the permits, scheduled the installation and dealt with the total coordination of this project. She was incredible, always there to answer questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. The day of the installation we were amazed that there was up to 7 vehicles and 8 men working on the project. Kenny, Mike, Mark, Sean and Adam plus the other workers were professional, dedicated and hard working. It was 5 degrees that day and they still made sure the project was installed to our satisfaction. Patrick, you should be very proud of the way your employees represent Ryan Plumbing. I had been interested in installing a solar system on my home for quite some time and got estimates from multiple companies. Ryan's estimate was the most thorough and when I spoke with their solar representative, Jordan, I was convinced they were the best company to work with. And on top of that, the price was pretty good! After the paperwork was completed and the design finalized, they had crews at my house ASAP. First the mounting system was put on the roof, then the electrical hookup was completed, and after 5 days of work, the panels were installed and functional! Additionally, Ryan uses a technology called micro-inverters which make my system more efficient and also relays real time data to the web to show how much energy the system (and each panel) is producing. One day I was surprised to receive a call informing me that one of my panels wasn't functioning properly and needed repair (which I actually had no knowledge of). Luckily Ryan was monitoring the panels via the web which ultimately saved me even more money. more
