They charge for the estimate when they came. The receptionist said that it was for free. When they gave us the list of the components that need to be changed for our A/ C system, we foolishly signed up for the annual contract to get reduced price. It turned out that other company came here and told us that those components Ryan's representative told us, do not need to be changed. We fixed our A/C system at the fraction of price with other company. I am not kind of person to write a review. However, when the annual contract was up for renewal, they gave us really HARD time to cancel. When I pointed out all the things they did wrong and told them that I was going to report to Better Business Bureau, they changed their attitude. They told me that it was just miscommunication. This is Not trustworthy company. I regretted that I even called this company.
