OMG, what an awful company! I had warranty issues with AC ( nothing but trouble since the day the AC was installed, they were hired by my gen contractor not me ) and they showed up at the wrong time of day during the recent heatwave, and promptly left when no one was home. When I complained they offered to come out again the next day, but I requested they waive the service fee, since they had screwed up the times. They said no, and i reminded them that I would not be recommending them to anyone else. They said well, we don't want your business anyway, and hung up! But I have a warranty! They're supposed to do the work, period. Tried to file a complaint with the state online, but with our ""pro-business"" governor, in between 2500 dollar helicopter trips to his son's little league game, has actually made it more difficult to complain about corrupt businesses. Apparently the ""corruption fighter"" isn't interested in corporate crime. Stay away from this company. They are really bad. And the utility co. told me the whole AC system was installed wrong in any case. Sheesh.
