My generator, still on warranty, was broken. The dealer who sold me the generator was not an authorized dealer to fix a genrac unit. So I took my unit to Cold Springs, an authorized genrac service provider. I was very pleased that they had a skilled generator mechanic, which apparently is hard to find.
Despite the fact that I hadn't bought the unit at Cold Springs and some confusion regarding the warranty, the service team at Cold Springs were able to solve the mechanical problem, were extremely polite and professional and were willing to find a cost compromise that was fair under the confusing circumstances of the warranty terms. So, I recommend Cold Springs RV service and I would certainly choose them again for an RV service need.
